Plain dealing with your information.

Last updated August 6, 2026

Odiorne Advisory Services, LLC is a small advisory practice, and this site is built the way the practice is run: we collect little, we use it narrowly, and we sell nothing.

What we collect. What you choose to give us — your name, email address, phone number, organization and role, and whatever you tell us about your situation through the contact form, the scheduling page, email, or a conversation. The site itself keeps ordinary hosting logs.

How we use it. To respond to you, to schedule and prepare for conversations, to deliver engagements, and to keep the records a professional practice is required to keep. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Who processes it. Three categories of providers touch this information on our behalf: Microsoft, whose 365 platform runs our email, calendars, and the scheduling page; Cloudflare, which hosts this site; and the practice’s own document systems, where engagement files live. Each processes information to provide its service — nothing more.

Client work is held to a higher standard still. Information shared inside an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and by the professional obligations that attach to a CPA. Confidentiality is not a policy here; it is the trade.

What you can ask of us. Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: jconley@odiorneadvisory.com. Whether or not a given privacy statute technically reaches a practice of this size, we treat these as standing commitments, and honor them within the limits of our professional record-keeping obligations.

What not to send. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or health information through this site — the work does not require them here, and we deliberately do not collect them.
